Structured Coaching – Wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated.
Over twelve sessions, we explore six key areas that shape how you live and grow: Attitude, Brain, Body, Curiosity, Connection, and Calmness.
When we focus on six essentials, complexity becomes something we can work with—and through metaphor, we start to see it differently.
We begin with how you see the world, and finish with the kind of calm that helps you meet it well. By the time we’re done, you won’t just have completed a program. You’ll leave with six personal principles you can return to—touchstones to guide you back to a state of integrated wellbeing, again and again.
Semi-Structured Coaching – A direction with room to shift.
This format is for those ready to work toward a goal. We start with what you want to change and then explore what might be holding you back—often, it’s not the situation, but the patterns of thought and response shaped by past experience. That’s where neuroplasticity comes in.
Your brain is capable of change at any age. Together, we’ll look at how old ways of thinking may be reinforcing barriers—and how you can reshape those patterns to support the life you want to lead.
The Great Life Model is available as a flexible guide. We might use it to anchor the work, dip into it when needed, or set it aside entirely. The structure is light, the direction is yours, and the process is designed to adapt as you do
Unstructured Coaching – Come as you are. We’ll figure it out together.
Unstructured coaching is for people who have a goal—but not yet a plan. You bring the direction; we help shape the journey.
There’s no fixed number of sessions, no rigid structure—just space to explore what’s needed and how best to move forward. We believe that finding a model that suits you and your goal can be a powerful tool—one that supports your progress now and equips you with skills for life.
We may use our wellbeing framework as a flexible guide, or explore another approach that better suits your experiences, values, and goals.
